Mindful Research may offer promotions, discount codes, and special offers from time to time. The following terms and conditions apply to all such offers, unless otherwise specified in the promotion details.

1. General Terms

  • All promotions are valid for a limited time only and may be subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.

  • Discounts are applied prior to shipping and taxes.

  • Offers have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  • Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

  • Promotions may be single or multiple use.

3. Eligible Products

  • Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's details, order discounts are limited to products within the "Peptides" and "Amino Solutions" collections.

  • Specific products may be excluded from any promotion at our discretion.

4. Coupon Codes

  • To redeem a coupon code, the code must be entered by the customer in the designated field at checkout.

  • Only one order discount can be applied per order. Order discounts cannot be combined with other order discount offers.

  • Coupon codes may have specific eligibility requirements, such as a minimum order value or applicability to certain products or collections, which will be stated in the promotion's details.

5. Automatic Discounts & Tiered Pricing

  • Quantity Discounts: We offer automatic discounts for purchasing multiple quantities of the same eligible item (e.g., a discount for purchasing 5+ vials of the same peptide). This discount is automatically calculated and applied in the shopping cart.

  • Stacking: In most cases, automatic discounts (like quantity discounts) can be combined with a single order discount. The promo code discount will be applied to the subtotal after the automatic discount has been calculated.

6. Gift with Purchase & Special Offers

  • From time to time, we may offer a complimentary product ("gift") with a qualifying purchase (e.g., "Free 30mL Bacteriostatic Water for orders over $350").

  • The qualifying purchase threshold must be met after all other discounts and promotions have been applied.

  • These offers are valid only while supplies last. We reserve the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if the advertised item is unavailable.

  • If a qualifying order is returned, the complimentary gift must also be returned in its original, unopened condition.

7. Exclusions

  • Unless otherwise stated, discounts and promotions are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards, shipping fees, or taxes.

  • Specific products or categories may be excluded from certain promotions, as detailed in the offer's terms.

8. Abuse of Promotions

  • The abuse of discount codes or promotions, including the use of multiple accounts to circumvent limits, is prohibited. Mindful Research reserves the right to cancel any order that is found to be in violation of these terms.
