1. Agreement to Terms

This Terms and Conditions agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the happypeptides.com website and its associated services (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Mindful Research LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you, the buyer, acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and disclaimers set forth in this Agreement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to use this Site and purchase products.

If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Product Information & Intended Use

FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY.

All products available on this Site are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and development purposes.

  • The products are NOT drugs, medications, cosmetics, or dietary supplements.

  • The products are NOT intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnostics, or therapeutic applications of any kind.

  • The products are NOT approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease, ailment, or medical condition.

Any statements or information on this Site are for informational and educational purposes only and have not been evaluated by the FDA. The availability of a product on this Site does not constitute a license to use it in violation of any patent or law.

3. Purchaser’s Covenants and Representations

By placing an order, you, the buyer, represent and warrant that:

  • You have personally reviewed and studied the products and are fully aware of all health and safety hazards associated with their handling, use, storage, and disposal.

  • You will handle all products in strict compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

  • You will not use the products for any purpose other than their intended in vitro research use. Any communication suggesting a different use will result in a refusal to sell and the addition of your information to our internal "disqualified" database.

Mindful Research LLC reserves the right to conduct due diligence and require additional verification of your affiliation before fulfilling any order.

4. Payments

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed and shipped.

  • Card Payments: We accept major credit and debit cards through a secure payment link provided during the checkout process. By submitting your card information, you authorize the transaction for the full amount of your order.

  • Alternative Payment Methods: We may offer alternative payment options such as Zelle, Cashapp, and Afterpay. Use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider.

5. Shipping & Returns

  • Final Sale: Due to the nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns are not accepted.

  • Damaged Items: In the event an item is damaged during shipment, a refund or replacement may be offered at our sole discretion. Please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs delays, or lost shipments.

6. Indemnity Waiver for Research Compounds

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE PURCHASE OF RESEARCH COMPOUNDS FROM MINDFUL RESEARCH LLC AND HAPPYPEPTIDES.COM, I, THE UNDERSIGNED CUSTOMER, AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS MINDFUL RESEARCH LLC AND HAPPYPEPTIDES.COM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "MERCHANT") FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE RESEARCH COMPOUNDS.

I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE RESEARCH COMPOUNDS SOLD BY MERCHANT ARE INTENDED SOLELY FOR RESEARCH PURPOSES AND ARE NOT APPROVED BY THE U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) FOR HUMAN USE. I AGREE TO USE THE COMPOUNDS ACCORDING TO ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR PURCHASE, POSSESSION, AND USE.

I RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND WAIVE ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, SUITS, JUDGMENTS, AND LIABILITIES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY ARISE FROM OR BE CONNECTED TO THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE RESEARCH COMPOUNDS.

I FURTHER AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS MERCHANT AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, EXPENSES, AND LOSSES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER HARM, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, RESULTING FROM OR CONNECTED TO THE PURCHASE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF THE RESEARCH COMPOUNDS.

THIS INDEMNITY WAIVER APPLIES TO ME, MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS.

BY PURCHASING RESEARCH COMPOUNDS FROM MERCHANT, I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS INDEMNITY WAIVER. I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and computer code (collectively, the "Content"), is the property of Mindful Research LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any Content for any commercial enterprise without our express prior written consent.
