All payments must be completed before your order is processed and shipped. Please see below for a list of all accepted payment methods, and additional details.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time & Cutoff: We are committed to processing orders promptly.
    • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will be shipped the same day.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday, or at any time on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, will be shipped on the next business day.
  • Business Days: Our operational business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Carriers: We ship all domestic orders via UPS and USPS. You can select your preferred carrier and service level during the checkout process.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the service you select.
  • Special Note for Florida Shipments: All shipments to destinations within Florida are sent via UPS Ground and have an estimated transit time of 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated Transit Times (All Other States): Transit times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout. The following are carrier-provided estimates and are not guaranteed:
    • USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated 3-5 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 2-3 business days.
    • UPS Ground Saver: Estimated 3-5 business days.
    • UPS Ground: Estimated 2-4 business days.
    • UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days (Note: UPS does not deliver 2nd Day Air packages on weekends).
    • UPS Next Day Air®: 1 business day (Note: UPS does not deliver Next Day Air packages on weekends).
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Please note that all transit times are estimates provided by the shipping carriers. We have no control over the package once it leaves our facility. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, including those caused by weather, mechanical issues, or high package volumes.

3. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active and update within the carrier's system after you receive the email.

4. Important Considerations

  • Delayed or Lost Orders: In the rare event an order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will follow the official policies of USPS and UPS to resolve the issue. Please contact our support team for assistance with initiating a claim.
  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
