If you received the wrong item:
This is our error, and we will correct it. To help us resolve this quickly, please contact our customer support team, by emailing support@happypeptides.com or messaging 689-275-5298 via text or whatsapp, within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the incorrect item you received. We guarantee a response within 24 hours, however we typically reply much quicker, often immediately. Please be sure to check your spam if you don't receive an email response.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:
Our policy is that we are not responsible for packages after they have been handed to the shipping carrier. The resolution path depends on whether you purchased shipping insurance at checkout.
If you purchased Shipping Insurance: Please contact us immediately to file a claim. This is the fastest way to receive a replacement or refund for your order.
If you did NOT purchase Shipping Insurance: You will need to contact the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) directly to file a claim with them. We are not able to offer a refund or replacement for orders that were not insured. We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order at checkout to protect against these issues.
